Hi,
Here's how to format a parenthetical where you need the author's last name and a book title. In this case, it should looklike this: (Corrick, Medieval Times). The tricky part is the italics. Here's what to do:
1. As with any source, use Find / Replace. In this case, let's say it's source 7.
In the find spot, you put S7 In replace, put Corrick, Medieval Times Select "match case." With your cursor in the replace field, click format - font. Select italics. Click OK. Click replace all.
Now, the whole thing is in italics. So, Go to find / replace again. Type the author's name into find. In this example, it's Corrick. While still in that field, click format - font and select italics. Click ok. Now, in the replace field, type the author's name again. In this case, Corrick. While still in this field, click "No Formatting." Next, click format-font and select regular. Click OK. Choose format all.
Now, they're all in the right format.
